Introduction to Advice First Aid is a training course for people working or volunteering in community and faith groups.

The course is introductory level and covers: introduction to Citizens Advice, identifying advice issues, problem-solving and accessing help with benefits, debt, housing and cost of living issues.

Refreshments including a light lunch are provided.
